HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Three steps. One clear path.

01 · Find your Seel email

Search your inbox for the Worry-Free Delivery email sent by Seel after your ANDTE purchase. Open it and click “Request a refund” to get started.

02 · Tell Seel what happened

In the Seel Resolution Center, select “Request a refund” under Product & delivery issues and follow the prompts. Provide the requested order information and supporting details.

03 · Complete and submit

Follow the prompts to choose an available refund method, if offered, and submit your claim. Seel will review your request under the applicable protection terms.

A LITTLE PREP MAKES IT EASIER

Before you start, keep these handy.

  • Your ANDTE order number and purchase email address
  • Your Seel Worry-Free Delivery confirmation
  • Your tracking number and latest tracking information
  • Photos of any damage, packaging, and shipping label, if relevant
