We have a tough job site with a humid basement. The machine works very efficiently and can do the job. It also comes with a pump and defrost function which is a bonus.

This dehumidifier is much easier to operate than I expected.
My restaurant often experiences wet and slippery floors on rainy days, especially during the summer months. I have tried several different machines in the past, and this one has been the most impressive by far.

It has been two weeks since I received it. I let it work for 5 hours a day in the first few days after receiving it, and it can pump up to 5 gallons of water. Now the weather is more humid, but my basement is still very dry.

We had about 3 feet of water flowing under our house in the crawl space and we're nowhere near a river. Being concerned about mold we ordered this unit. It arrived fast! We set it up and in less than a week the moisture level went from 90% down to 60%. I'm so glad we got this, it was easy to set up and it drains the condensation away from the house. You can't hear any noise from the unit up in the house. I would recommend this unit.

Now it keeps the basement around 50% humidity without a problem. The unit is pretty big, but the wheels make it easy to move around when needed. It feels solid and well built, definitely not one of those flimsy plastic models. It’s a bit louder than the small units, but that’s expected, and in a basement, it’s not something that bothers us. Overall, this has been a solid purchase. If you’ve got a damp basement and smaller machines just aren’t cutting it, this unit is 100% worth it. It’s helped protect our storage, keeps the space dry and usable, and saves me from constantly checking and emptying water buckets.
